Kyoorius Verdict: Design Excellence - Eligibility
Eligibility
- “Kyoorius Verdict: Design Excellence” entries are invited from design firms, advertising agencies, and designers who are Indian resident/s*.
- All entries must be published/released between 1st April 2006 and 31st March 2007.
- Kyoorius Exchange takes a very serious view of plagiarism being passed off as legitimate entries. Where there has been collaboration with foreign companies, the brief for the job and the subsequent idea must originate from India.
- To curb “scam” entries – i.e. entries produced on a one-off basis without client’s approval, Kyoorius Exchange reserves the right to request proof of client involvement or other evidence that the entry is legitimate.
- If any entry submitted fails to meet any of the requirements above, the entry shall be rejected, entry fee forfeited and any award won withdrawn and disqualified. The judges’ decision on validity of proof is final.
- A company may enter as many pieces in as many different categories as it wishes to.
- The company must ensure that all correct information is completed on the entry form for each individual work entered.
Conditions
- For entries which are accepted into the Kyoorius Verdict: Design Excellence, proof of publication, as well as proof of payment by the client must be provided when requested. If such proof cannot be provided, or is insufficient, the entry shall be disqualified. The judges’ decision on validity of proof is final.
- All entrants agree that the organisers, “Kyoorius Exchange” will not accept responsibility for errors or omissions reproduced in any exhibition or annual or for work lost or damaged.
- Submission of entries and subsequent materials acknowledges the rights of Kyoorius Exchange to use them for publication and exhibition, both in print or electronic media.
