Rules and Regulations for Kyoorius Verdict: Print Excellence

• All entries are required to be submitted in English and in the specified format and in duplicates. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and the entry fee forfeited.
  
• All packets of entries must be either marked “Design Excellence” or “Print Excellence” depending on the category.
  
• Each entry must be signed off by the marketing head/ head of design firm/head of print company or equivalent position or by a senior executive of the company/design firm/print company, all signatures should be originals & not a seal.
• Entries may be published in India or abroad by the Kyoorius Exchange (or by a third party assigned by us) and subject to reproduction in any medium. The entrant (client & agency/design studio) has no objection to such reproduction. However, if any entry contains confidential details, it is the responsibility of the entrant to mark such envelopes clearly with – “CONFIDENTIAL – REFRAIN FROM PUBLISHING”. Any entry without such title would qualify for publishing.
  
• All entries must comply with the rules & regulations of the event. Any entry pre, during or post the awards found to contain false or misleading information will be disqualified and the award withdrawn. The judges reserve the right not to accept an entry if the rules have not been complied with.
  
• Works submitted for Kyoorius Verdict: Design Excellence and Print Excellence, as part of an entry will not be returned.
  
• The jury reserves the right not to declare a winner in any category. The jury’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  
• Judges reserve the right to move any entry from one category to another.
  
• All winning entries have the legal right to use the Kyoorius Verdict logo in all their promotion and communication material for self promotion.
  
• All entries should be from designers, agencies, design firms and printers who are Indian resident/s, as defined by the Indian Income Tax act.
  
• All entries submitted should be accompanied by the Entry Form, duly signed by the authorised signatory from the design firm/agency and client authenticating the details.
  
• Kyoorius Exchange reserve the right to amend the rules & regulations or terminate the event at any time without any prior intimation or notice to the participants/entrants. Also, the organisers are not obliged in any manner whatsoever to compensate any person or persons or company who have participated in the event for such termination.
  
• Kyoorius Exchange or the jury is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any physical injury, death, mental trauma caused to the participant/entrant and/or the winner/s in any manner whatsoever, in relation to the event and/or award.
  
• Kyoorius Exchange reserve the right to re-schedule the dates and venue of the event.
  
• In case a winner is found to be in violation of any of the rules of the event, Kyoorius Exchange reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such person/company including but not limited to having the concerned winner to refund the prize money/award/trophy/certificate.
  
• Kyoorius Exchange is not responsible for non-receipt of the entry(ies)/acknowledgment of entry(ies) on account of loss or delay or due to any other reason.
  
• All entries must reach on or before 5pm, 4th August 2007.
• The cheque must be in the favor of Kyoorius Exchange, a/c payee.
  
• All entries will be accepted subject to realisation of the cheque, failing which the entry will be disqualified. The cheque/s should be dated before 4th August 2007.
